We are seeking a mid to senior level Finance & Contracts Administrator or a Finance & Contracts Manager to join our team. The role is to be the head of Finance & Contracts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in finance and contract management from a non-government entity. Responsibilities
- Producing and preparing financial reports
- Creating strategies and plans for long-term financial goals
- Reviewing financial information
- Creating financial models for growth/investment, risk containment, etc.
- Manage the end-to-end contract process from initiation to closure
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors and clients
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure contracts meet business needs
- Support business management by providing contract expertise
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- 5 years in Corporate Finance
- 5 years in Government Contracts
Work Authorization: Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident.
Role/Work Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site position at our Greenbelt, MD office.
