We are seeking a mid to senior level Finance & Contracts Administrator or a Finance & Contracts Manager to join our team. The role is to be the head of Finance & Contracts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in finance and contract management from a non-government entity. Responsibilities

  • Producing and preparing financial reports
  • Creating strategies and plans for long-term financial goals
  • Reviewing financial information
  • Creating financial models for growth/investment, risk containment, etc.
  • Manage the end-to-end contract process from initiation to closure
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors and clients
  • Draft, review, and finalize contracts ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure contracts meet business needs
  • Support business management by providing contract expertise

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 

  • 5 years in Corporate Finance
  • 5 years in Government Contracts

Work Authorization: Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident.

Role/Work Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Greenbelt, MD office.

  • Expertise in DCAA finance and contract requirements
  • Proven experience in finance and contract administration
  • Familiarity with legal drafting and contract terminology
  • Strong understanding of finance and contract management principles
  • Proficiency in utilizing systems for finance, contract tracking and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
