We are seeking a full-time, mid to senior level Finance Administrator/Manager to join our team. The position is located in Greenbelt, MD and requires the person to be on-site. The ideal candidate will have expertise in government contract administration and compliance, customer and supplier negotiations, as well as project control and business reporting. Responsibilities

  • Producing and preparing financial reports
  • Creating strategies and plans for long-term financial goals
  • Reviewing financial information
  • Creating financial models for growth/investment, risk containment, etc.
  • Support the management of the end-to-end contract process from initiation to closure
  • Support negotiations of terms and conditions with vendors and clients
  • Support drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure contracts meet business needs

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Work Authorization: Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident.

Role/Work Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Greenbelt, MD office.

Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in DCAA finance and contract requirements
  • Proven experience in finance; proven experience in contract administration is beneficial but is not a requirement
  • Some Familiarity with legal drafting and contract terminology
  • Strong understanding of finance principles
  • Proficiency in utilizing systems for finance tracking and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
