Emerging Products & Technologies from Teltrium

Parabolic Antenna Lens (PAL)TM

Teltrium’s team is currently working on improving the performance of parabalic antennas.  Our target performance improvement factor is between 40% to 75%. This is a Phase II NASA-sponsored SBIR initiative. Stay tuned for more information on the evolution of the PAL technology.

Swarm Array Coherent Combining (SACC)TM

Teltrium’s team is currently developing a ground-based signal recovery concept which coherently combines N low-power transmitted signals buried in noise to achieve an N-fold gain without needing to couple the signals in time, phase/frequency or precise ephemeris. This technology allows low-power, small space assets to provide a high-rate return communications link. This is a Phase II NASA-sponsored SBIR initiative.  Click here for more information on the evolution of the SACC technology.

Software Tools

Through its own IR&D initiative and NASA-sponsored projects, Teltrium’s team is advancing the state-of-the-art in space communications systems engineering analysis tools. Existing tools do not provide engineers the visibility and flexibility needed for these analyses.  In addition, engineers often repeat analyses that have been previously performed by the organization because there is no methodology to track related requirements and results.  Stay tuned for more information on future products in this area.
